Does my old PJ house need a full rewire?

Not always. Houses of 30 to 40 years old often need at least a new DB with RCD and tests on the circuits. Whether full rewiring is needed depends on cable condition, which we test during the site visit.

Can you upgrade my PJ shop lot to 3-phase?

Often, yes. We check the existing service, prepare the TNB application and install the new DB and rewiring. TNB timelines are outside our control but we follow up on every application.
